Pilgrimage Policies

Hajj Accommodation & Camp Details

Understanding the accommodation logistics during the days of Hajj is crucial. Here are the policies for our shifting (Azizia) and Mina camp accommodations.

Shifting / Azizia Accommodation Policies
  • Apartment-style accommodation is provided in areas like Azizia, approximately 7 kms from the Haram.
  • Daily transport to the Haram is provided from the shifting accommodation.
  • Bus services run from 1st to 5th Zil Hajj and from 15th to 21st Zil Hajj to designated parking areas.
  • During peak Hajj days (5th to 14th Zil Hajj), Haram parking is closed, and pilgrims will need to use taxis.
Hajj Camp: Category A Moallims (Premium)
  • We aim for Zone 1 or 2, with final allocation determined by government authorities.
  • Air-conditioned tents with sturdy Gypsum board walls are provided.
  • Comfortable and luxurious Sofa-Beds are provided for your rest.
  • Full buffet meals are served three times a day.
  • Guaranteed seat-by-seat transport is arranged for your convenience.
Hajj Camp: Category D-Plus Moallims (Standard)
  • We aim for Zone 4 or 5, with final allocation determined by government authorities.
  • Air-conditioned tents with Gypsum board walls are provided.
  • Clean mattresses and pillows are provided for sleeping.
  • A simple, wholesome food menu (e.g., 1 gravy with rice/roti) is provided three times daily.
  • Transport is provided via buses and the Hajj train for key movements (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Jamarat).

Child Policy

Infants (0-2 Years)

Without a separate bed. Priced at a discount of ₹1,00,000 from the adult package price.

Children (2-12 Years)

With a separate bed. The price is the same as the adult package price.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cancelled after Hajj visa issuance are strictly non-refundable.
  • For cancellations before December 21, 2025, a fee of ₹150,000 per person will be charged.
  • For cancellations after December 21, 2025, the full package price is non-refundable (only taxes will be returned).

The Rites of Hajj

01

07th Zil Hajj

Preparation in Makkah

Location: Makkah

Time: Evening (20:00 - 23:00)

  • Wear Ihram & make Niyat (intention).
  • Rest at your accommodation.

08th Zil Hajj (Day of Tarwiyah)

Journey to Mina

Location: Mina

Time: Overnight to Morning

  • Travel from Makkah to Mina camps by bus.
  • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) provided.
  • Perform all five prayers in the Mina camps.

09th Zil Hajj (Day of Arafat)

Standing at Arafat

Location: Arafat, then Muzdalifah

Time: Full Day

  • Travel from Mina to Arafat in the morning.
  • Spend the day in prayer and supplication.
  • After sunset, travel to Muzdalifah.

10th Zil Hajj (Eid al-Adha)

Ramee, Qurbani & Halq

Location: Muzdalifah to Mina

Time: Full Day

  • Pray Fajr in Muzdalifah, collect pebbles.
  • Walk to Mina and perform Ramee (stoning).
  • Perform Qurbani (sacrifice).
  • Shave/cut hair (Halq/Taqsir) and exit Ihram.

11th Zil Hajj

Second Ramee & Tawaf

Location: Mina & Makkah

Time: After 12:00

  • Perform second Ramee at Jamarat.
  • Proceed to Makkah to perform Tawaf-e-Ziyarat.
  • Return to Mina camps.

Final Ramee & Departure

Location: Mina to Makkah

Time: Afternoon

  • Perform final Ramee at Jamarat.
  • Depart from Mina and return to your accommodation in Makkah.
